Nothing published here yet, and nothing invented in the meantime
Star ratings and review counts are only worth anything if they are real. Rather than fill this page with made-up quotes, it stays empty until verified Google reviews are in place.
Verified Google review slot. Once customers leave reviews on the Google profile, they will be published in this space word for word, with the reviewer's own name and date.

A review on Google helps the next homeowner or landlord decide whether to call. It takes about a minute, and it goes straight onto the business profile.

Checks you can make before anyone touches your wiring
Until the reviews build up, these are things you can verify yourself rather than take on trust.
Check the NAPIT registration
Registration 79130 can be searched on the NAPIT register. It confirms the scheme membership that allows notifiable work to be certified and registered with Building Control.
Ask for the qualifications
NVQ Level 3 with AM2 passed is the full domestic installer route, not a short course. Ask any electrician you call which route they took.
Ask about insurance
£2m public liability and £250,000 professional indemnity are in place. Any electrician working in your house should be able to state both figures without hesitating.
Ask what paperwork you get
An EIC for new work, an EICR for a condition report, and NAPIT notification where Building Regulations require it. If nobody mentions certificates, that tells you something.
